PAYMENT TERMS
To secure your spot for the event, you may pay in full or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 14 days before the event. Payments can be conveniently made via bank transfer. Shortly after sending your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us, including payment details. Your spot will be securely reserved upon receipt of the initial deposit/full payment.
REFUND
Registrations are non-refundable but transferrable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval.
Should the event be canceled for unexpected reasons, the full event fee will be refunded.
